Description
This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.201. The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the 82nd Contracting Squadron at Sheppard AFBs intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract on a noncompetitive basis to Huntron, Inc (UEI: WJACALAWWG96) of 15720 Main Street Suite 100 Mill Creek, WA 98012. Policies and procedures from FAR Part 13.5 will be used. This requirement is for single purchase of 2M MTR TEST SYSTEM and associated products. The Government intends to negotiate solely with Huntron, Inc under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), due to only one source being reasonably available to meet the Government's needs.
