The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) hereby gives notice of its intent to negotiate and award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price (FFP) purchase order to: Company: Research Electronics International, LLC (REI) This procurement is conducted under the statutory authority of: FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) ("Soliciting from a single source" under Simplified Acquisition Procedures).
