Description
DESCRIPTION This pre-solicitation notice is to inform that the VA Medical Center, Bath, New York will be posting a solicitation on or about March 25th , 2026 for Renovate B76 6th floor at the Bath VA Medical Center. Project No. 528A6-19-604 The general scope of this project is to renovate roughly 8,400 square feet of the 6th floor for outpatient mental health clinics. The 6th floor also contains attic space, vertical circulation, and other back of house areas. All existing steam radiators, window AC units, ductwork, registers, grilles, and diffusers in the scope of work area will be demolished and removed from site. The steam radiator piping will be demolished back to the main and capped on the 5th floor below. Air systems solely serving the scope of work area will be demolished completely
