THIS IS A PRESOLICIATION NOTICE NOT A SOLICITATION. A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL WILL BE POSTED ON OR ABOUT February 12, 2026. The Kerrville VA Medical System which is part of the South Texas Veterans Health Care System currently has a requirement for a project to renovate pre-engineered Metal Building 115 of Kerrville VA Medical System, at 3600 Memorial Boulevard, Kerrville, TX 78028. This building suffered fire damage and needs to be repaired. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and labor necessary to complete the renovations of building 115 in accordance with the SOW.
