Description
Contractor shall perform construction and renovation of the existing space in Building 5 &/or 5B at the Robert J. Dole VA Medical Center campus. This project will prepare approximately 1,100 SF of existing space in building 5 and/or 5B for use as a same day access mental health clinic in adherence to VHA directive 1231(2) & VHA Handbook 1160.1. This project shall be executed in a manner, following the sequence defined in the design narrative, to maintain continuous operations of adjacent VA clinical functions and medical center functionality throughout construction.
