INTRODUCTION The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) anticipates soliciting proposals and subsequently awarding a single firm-fixed-price contract for the EHRM construction project 620A4-22-700 - EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades Construction Castle Point VAMC, 41 Castle Point Road, Wappingers Falls, NY 12590-7004. PROJECT DESCRIPTION The contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, materials, labor, supervision, and management to complete the construction of a new stand-alone single-story building in support of primary care and mental health services.
