NO PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AT THIS TIME. THIS NOTICE SERVES AS THE 15 DAY PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF THE FORMAL SOLICITATION. DESCRIPTION: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Facilities and Construction Management (CFM), has a requirement for Project Number 653-105, Seismic Retrofit of Building 16, Roseburg VAMC, Oregon. The project is in Building 16 which houses the chapel/auditorium on the Roseburg VAMC campus. This project includes a full seismic retrofit of the 16,569 square foot (GSF) building. The Contractor will provide all labor, materials and equipment for the demolition and construction services needed to complete this project. All work will meet SOW, drawings, and specification requirements as well as any applicable manufacturer s recommend
