Contract Calendar Email Reminders
Add one or more supported email reminders to a custom calendar event. Use them as a backup to—not a replacement for—your controlled deadline process.
Reminders are not deadline guarantees
Confirm every official date and amendment independently. Maintain an owner and backup process for critical submissions, because an email reminder can be delayed, filtered, misaddressed, or absent.

Custom reminder
Choose a custom reminder time that is at or before the event start. The event creator's organization email is included when available.
Additional reminder recipients must be email addresses that belong to the same organization.
Configure a reminder
- 1Create or edit a custom calendar event and confirm its start time and time zone.
- 2Select one or more supported offsets, or choose a custom reminder time.
- 3Confirm the event creator and any additional organization recipients have the intended email addresses.
- 4Save the event, then verify the event details and maintain a separate check of the official notice.
Current channel and automation limits
- Custom-event reminders use email; the current implementation does not provide an SMS reminder channel.
- Native mobile push registration is currently disabled, so do not plan deadline coverage around push alerts.
- There is no AI reminder optimization, smart snooze logic, or automatic escalation-frequency engine in the documented custom-event workflow.
- Reminder delivery can fail, be filtered, or arrive late and does not guarantee that a deadline will be met.
- Saved-search opportunity alerts are a separate workflow from custom calendar-event reminders.
Multi-user reminder scope
Eligible custom configurations can use organization member visibility and organization email recipients. Professional and Max currently list one user seat each; confirm any multi-user requirement during a demo or custom workflow consultation.
