Proposal Collaboration: Current Status

The Bid Assistant supports individual AI-assisted drafting and Word export. Real-time proposal collaboration and review workflows are not currently live.

Availability notice

Professional and Max currently list one user seat each. The roadmap topics on this page are ideas under evaluation, not available features, release commitments, or a promised timeline. Confirm current capabilities during a demo before planning a team process around them.

  • Create and organize a bid workspace in the Max AI Bid Assistant
  • Use uploaded solicitation documents as context for working drafts
  • Review and revise draft sections in the bid workspace
  • Export a working Word document for review in an external tool

Not currently live

  • Simultaneous multi-user editing or live cursors
  • Inline comments, mentions, and approval workflows
  • Proposal-section assignments or reviewer roles
  • Granular proposal permissions for editors and viewers
  • Proposal activity notifications, automatic version history, or rollback

    Prepare a working draft

    Use the Bid Assistant with the source documents and approved company facts available to you.

    Verify before export

    Check every requirement, claim, citation, date, format, and attachment against the complete solicitation.

    Export to Word

    Move the working document into your organization's approved collaboration and version-control system.

  4. 4

    Control the final file

    Name an owner, reconcile reviewer changes, complete approvals, and submit through the method in the official notice.
