Organization Profile Setup
Add the organization information used across your Gov Contract Finder account. Enter only facts you are authorized to use and keep them aligned with current official records.
Your profile is not an official registration
Editing this profile does not update SAM.gov, SBA, DSBS, an agency system, or a certification record. Verify identifiers and status with the authoritative source and update each official system separately when required.

Settings not represented by this page
Earlier documentation overstated organization-level workflow, security, billing, and collaboration controls. Do not assume the following are standard profile settings:
- Automatic opportunity scoring and team assignment automation
- Proposal approval workflows, document version control, or automated compliance checks
- Organization-configurable IP restrictions, audit logging, retention policies, or compliance reports
- Published multi-seat controls in the current Professional or Max plan
- Unlimited opportunity searches; current plans have defined daily search limits
User seats
Professional and Max currently list one user seat each. Multi-user, assignment, integration, and SSO requirements must be reviewed separately through a demo or Workflow Automation consultation.
