Calendar & Deadline Management Overview
Keep opportunity response dates and your own internal events in one calendar view. The calendar is an organizational aid; the official notice and amendments remain authoritative.
Verify every official date
Open the complete solicitation and amendment history before acting on a deadline. A calendar event or reminder can be missing, delayed, stale, or entered incorrectly and does not guarantee a timely submission.
Current calendar capabilities
Opportunity dates
View eligible saved opportunity response dates in the calendar and open the related opportunity record.
Custom events
Create timed or all-day events, set a priority and time zone, add notes, and optionally link an opportunity.
Email reminders
Choose supported reminder offsets or a custom reminder time for a custom calendar event.
Google Calendar integration
The enabled Google integration is designed to sync eligible opportunity deadlines to Google Calendar. Review the integration settings and the resulting event before relying on it.
This is not a general two-way team scheduling claim, and it does not mean Outlook or Microsoft Teams support is live.
Recommended setup
- 1Confirm the response date and time zone in the authoritative notice.
- 2Create internal review events and link them to the relevant opportunity when useful.
- 3Choose reminder offsets that fit your review process and confirm the recipient email.
- 4Recheck the official notice for amendments before each internal milestone and before submission.
Current limits
- The calendar does not determine whether a date is complete, current, or legally controlling.
- Outlook Calendar and Slack integrations are not currently live standard integrations.
- The calendar does not automatically create a full proposal schedule, resolve dependencies, or reschedule internal work.
- It does not provide AI scheduling, meeting availability matching, video links, or automatic meeting minutes.
- Professional and Max currently list one user seat; confirm any custom multi-user configuration during a demo.
