Professional and Max each publish one user seat. Professional includes five opportunity searches per day; Max includes 500. Standard search covers federal opportunities from SAM.gov with daily updates. State and local coverage is scoped separately through Workflow Automation.

Add the business and contact fields used by the organization-profile and capability-statement workflows. Do not treat selected certifications or registration identifiers as independently verified by the software.

Search SAM.gov opportunity data updated daily. Start with keywords, NAICS, agency, set-aside, place-of-performance, notice-type, or date filters that are visible in the current form.
Open opportunity searchStep 4
Save useful opportunities, or save reusable search criteria and enable available notifications. Professional includes five saved searches; plan limits are enforced in the application.
Open saved opportunitiesStep 5
Use eligible saved-opportunity response dates and custom events in the calendar. Custom events support email reminder presets, and eligible opportunity deadlines can sync to Google Calendar.

Provide solicitation documents as context, ask for candidate requirements or draft content, verify every material statement against the source, and export a Word document for external review.
