Plan and Billing Management

Review the plan recognized for the account and use the subscription-management path associated with its billing provider.

Demo-guided plan selection

Public product facts do not publish a universal current price. Book a demo and review the written checkout or offer for the price, billing term, renewal conditions, cancellation terms, taxes, and any implementation scope that applies to the account.

Manage an existing subscription

1. Review dashboard billing

The authenticated billing page shows the plan and subscription status recognized by the application. A billing-period end date is shown when the provider record supplies one.

2. Use the provider-specific management action

Web subscriptions with a Stripe customer record use a Stripe billing-portal session. Apple subscriptions use the native StoreKit management flow or the App Store subscription page when the native sheet is unavailable.

3. Confirm the resulting status

After changing payment or subscription settings with the provider, return to dashboard billing and confirm that the recognized status reflects the expected account state. Contact support if it does not.
