Contract Meeting Events & Review Planning
Use a custom calendar event to record a kickoff, review, clarification call, or other internal milestone. Coordinate attendees and conferencing in your organization's existing meeting tools.
What a meeting event represents
It is a custom calendar record for your workflow. It is not a full meeting scheduler, conferencing platform, attendance system, or automatic project-management tool.
Available event fields
- Title and optional description
- Timed or all-day start and end
- Time zone and priority
- Optional link to an opportunity record
- Supported email reminder offsets or a custom reminder time
Not currently included
- Automatic availability analysis or suggested meeting times
- Automatic scheduling, reprioritization, or rescheduling when a deadline changes
- Built-in Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet link generation
- Automatic notes, transcripts, meeting minutes, action assignments, or distribution
- Live Outlook Calendar or Microsoft Teams integration in the standard product
Create a useful review event
- 1Name the event for the review purpose, not just the solicitation title.
- 2Set the date, time, and time zone and compare them with the official notice when the meeting is notice-driven.
- 3Link the opportunity record and add a concise agenda or external meeting reference in the description.
- 4Choose email reminders and confirm the intended recipients.
- 5Use your external collaboration tool for attendees, conferencing, notes, decisions, and action tracking.
Member visibility and plan limits
The custom-event implementation supports organization visibility or visibility for selected organization members in eligible configurations. Professional and Max currently list one user seat each, so this should not be read as a standard multi-user scheduling promise.
Confirm any multi-user requirement in a demo or a scoped Workflow Automation consultation.
Process guidance
Schedule internal reviews early enough for your own risk tolerance, but do not treat a generic recommended interval as a product performance claim or a guarantee that a proposal will be ready or accepted.
